On Cheverton’s own site, a narrow mobile layout pushed an offer and its action outside the frame. We changed the layout, rechecked it at the same width and documented what the repair did—and did not—prove.

04 / BEFORE ANY SITE ACTION
First, confirm the fit.
We agree on the exact page, non-sensitive test fields, time window, person who can approve the site action, and person who can confirm receipt. Medical, financial and similarly sensitive intake are outside this pilot. No customer-site test or repair occurs on the strength of an enquiry alone.
We begin only after a written agreement, supported platform, safe access, express site-owner test permission, designated receipt confirmer and verified collection method. This page is not a checkout.

New form or backend, CRM or email-provider configuration, hosting, backups, security maintenance, payment or booking flows, SEO or lead guarantees, unlimited edits, round-the-clock monitoring and access to real customer records.
Ongoing checks, if wanted, require a separate scope and agreement; the $150 pilot is one-time and does not start a subscription.
