Example proposal: connect the invalid-input message to its field, focus the error summary and preserve entered values. On an agreed editable static site only, one minor repair could use up to 30 minutes inside the pilot ceiling. WordPress/CMS pilots are report-only; any CMS repair needs a separate scope and agreement. Any edit needs agency approval, a reversible path and a post-change recheck; public deployment needs separate approval. None occurred in this fictional sample.
Before a real test, we need the site owner's express permission, a safe synthetic message and a designated person to confirm receipt. A success screen alone cannot prove delivery.
